How exactly do you define next business day?

Next business day begins once a request is assigned to a designer. Sometimes this is immediate, but if further assistance or clarification is needed the total delivery timeline may vary. Requests or revisions received after 6PM PST, during the weekend or on a US holiday will need an extra business day to review and assign.

I cannot send my files via email due to the size. What do I do?

It's the age of the Cloud! You can use any cloud service of your choice to send large files to us. If you need help with this, please let us know.

What if I'm not happy with the design?

Each design is subject to your approval, and you are encouraged to request revisions until you are completely happy.

Is there a contract commitment on the monthly plan?
